Volunteers are the reasons Hands Across the Divide exists and continues to exist. Volunteers’ dedication and work are seen as founding values and necessities to the organization. All the women of Hands Across the Divide have regular jobs, and their participation in the NGO is non-remunerated (non-paid) and based on volunteerism. We strongly believe in our organisation’s mission and thus dedicate our spare time to bringing our message forward in society. While this is a strong indicator of our dedication, our efforts are nonetheless limited by the time we can have available. Your contribution will then be important and deeply appreciated by us all. We welcome the new perspectives that each volunteer brings to our organisation, as we believe they strengthen our dedication and refresh our minds regarding what is really important for HAD. Volunteering with us can become a life-time dedication or a small commitment.

HAD accepts volunteers residing in Cyprus as well as international volunteers.
